Experience the Wally Wine Fest kick off Platinum Wine Dinner, a five-course wild game feast in collaboration with Fossil Farms. Take a seat in the open-air woodland dining venue and watch executive chefs from The Settlers Inn and guest chefs from Fossil Farms prepare the feast in the outdoor kitchen. Each course is harmoniously paired with a fine wine from Trinchero Family Estates. The evening begins with a welcome sparkling wine and charcuterie spread. This event is only available with a platinum ticket.
