Chad is an accomplished chef and restaurateur whose Philadelphia eatery, Mary, makes one of the Top 15 Steaks in the city according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. The charismatic chef has made several TV appearances including Food Network Star, Chopped Grill Masters, Beat Bobby Flay (which he did), Good Morning America and more.

Jody Jackman, a seasoned wine and spirits professional with Breakthru Beverage, will guide guests through each selection—sharing regional history, winemaking insight, and pairing perspective—serving as an expert ambassador to help navigate the food and wine journey.
This opening experience sets the tone for the weekend: immersive, approachable, and rooted in discovery.
